• Coordination of volunteers and partial funding of the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation science trailer for a visit at Beltsville Academy (a local public elementary school); presentation of 15 certificates to students for posters made after an October 2012 visit (see FAR-B News, January 2014, pages 4–5)
